Terms of use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms describe your use of Reader and Vonora accounts, operated by Vonora LLC. Read them together with our Privacy notice and Subscription, cancellation and refund policy.

Adult and family access

This release is for invited adults using Reader for themselves, and parents or legal guardians using it with their children. Adult-only accounts must change to family setup before child use. Do not allow children to use Reader until your signed parental permission has been reviewed and approved. School, tutor, and caregiver enrollment are not offered. For child use, cloud storage and cloud narration require the corresponding approved service choices. You can withdraw permission through your account; withdrawal does not remove files already saved on your devices.

Accounts and reading

Reader is designed for learners with visual impairments or dyslexia to read or listen to prepared books. Account holders prepare and review the books and manage reading settings. Accounts and paid subscriptions are for adults. Use your own account details and keep them accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your materials

Only import, upload, or process materials you own, have permission to use, or may lawfully use under an applicable legal exception. Educational use or accessibility needs do not automatically authorize every use. You retain your rights in your materials. By choosing a feature that sends material to our services, you authorize the processing needed to provide that feature, such as storing a cloud copy or generating narration.

Copyright reports and repeat infringement

See our Copyright reporting process for our designated DMCA agent’s contact details and instructions for reports, responses and counter-notices. We may restrict disputed material and terminate repeat infringers’ accounts in appropriate circumstances. We consider relevant reports, responses and corrections.

Local books and backups

Reader stores local books and reading settings in this browser on this device. They do not automatically follow you to another device, browser, or website address. Browser-data deletion can remove them. Use Reader’s Backup & restore feature and keep a separate copy of important materials. Cloud storage is not a guarantee that deleted books can be recovered.

Using the service responsibly

Keep your sign-in details private. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or books, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful content. Contact support@myvonora.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Availability and accessibility

Network services can be interrupted, and imported text, OCR, and synthesized speech can contain errors. Review prepared books before using them. Reader is an assistive reading tool, not a substitute for professional medical or educational advice.

Subscriptions

Plus is currently unavailable for purchase. When purchasing becomes available, review the price and recurring billing terms before paying. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period without a refund for that month. See the complete subscription policy.

Third-party licenses

Third-party components, including fonts, remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by those licenses. See our Third-party licenses page for font copyright notices and license terms.

Support and changes

Contact support@myvonora.com for account, content, or service questions. We may update these pages as features change and will identify the update date. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law gives you.
